Join Royal Holloway for a year or a term and enjoy high quality teaching on our beautiful campus just 19 miles from central London. You can look forward to a warm welcome and dedicated support that will help you make the most of your time here.

There are four ways of spending time with us:

  • Study Abroad - We have a well-established Study Abroad programme for students who would like to spend a full academic year or term with us.
  • Students from our European Partners - We continue to welcome students from our European partner universities.
  • International Exchange - We have full student exchange agreements with top universities worldwide.
  • Visiting research students - We welcome applications from research students who would like to work with Royal Holloway academics on areas of mutual interest.

Support for students from abroad

All students from abroad can look forward to dedicated support including an orientation programme to help you find your way around the campus and adapt quickly to UK life; social events; day trips to places of historical or cultural interest; and welfare support.
