On July 24th 2024, Royal Holloway technicians came together for a day of team building at the RHUL Arboretum.
The day consisted of a team challenge, facilitated by Jane Myers, that saw technicians come together to compete, whilst working on team building and communication. The challenge was designed to encourage collaboration to achieve success in activities such as bridge building, a golf challenge, distribution dilemmas, a marble run and a plank challenge. Points were awarded for successful completion of a challenge but the main points were picked up from collaborating. Individuals scored additional points for every new person they worked with throughout the challenge.
